Sensory regulation is a complex beast, something that has become somewhat of a 'buzz' word in the parenting and disability spaces over the last few years. I'm here to help simplify it, assure you that you're doing a great job and hopefully make your life a little easier on you!

Receiving assistance is not a one size fits all product, so flexibility and options are important to ensure that I can provide assistance to a variety of needs and price points!
1:1 online consult
Sometimes, all you need is a little reassurance and information to consolidate what you are probably half doing already without even knowing it!! Understanding why we do things, what your preferences are and what changes are going to give you the most bang for buck will make things easier for you when you're in the thick of sensory overwhelm.

Duration: 90 minutes
Follow up online consult
Often one session is not enough to really consolidate the new information learnt at the first consult and a shorter follow up (or a few!) are required. This will look like a debrief, a quick snapshot of what has happened since our last session and one or two main action items will be discussed. Please note an initial consult is required before you are eligible for a shorter follow up consult.

Sensory Profile and report
Occupational Therapists have access to a really cool assessment which can easily identify what your sensory preferences are, which will help us to give you some really tangible recommendations to help with understanding your sensory needs.
*This is offered as an NDIS service but can be provided privately.
NDIS FUNDING REQUIREMENTS: 14 hours + travel
